Refunds at a glance

Intimate products:
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate items cannot be returned or refunded.

Faulty or damaged items:
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

 

Digital courses:
Digital courses are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated at purchase.

Cancellations:
Physical orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Digital orders cannot be cancelled once access is provided.

At Bodi Toys, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products and the digital format of our courses, refunds are handled as outlined below.

Physical products

Hygiene & safety

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on intimate items that have been:

  • Opened

  • Used

  • Or where the hygiene seal has been broken

This is in line with UK consumer law for intimate and hygiene-sensitive goods.

Unopened items

 

If an item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Items must be returned in resaleable condition

Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.

Faulty or damaged items

 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or unsafe, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.
 

When reporting a fault, we may ask for:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue
     

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund

In these cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Natural variations

 

Please note:

  • Jade is a natural stone and may vary in colour, shape, and appearance

  • Handmade glass items may show slight variations
     

These natural variations do not constitute a fault.

Digital courses & downloadable content

Access-based products

 

All digital courses are sold as access-based products.

 

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • Digital courses are non-refundable once access has been granted

 

By purchasing a digital course, you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is lost once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Exceptional circumstances

 

In rare cases (for example, technical access issues that cannot be resolved), refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Order cancellations

Physical products

 

Orders for physical products may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process outlined in this policy.

Digital courses

 

Once access to a digital course has been granted, the order cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect address & failed delivery

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
