As a small business, we are gradually expanding the countries we ship to while completing required paperwork and compliance (particularly for EU countries).

Customs, duties & international orders

For international orders:

Incorrect address & returned parcels

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, we’ll contact you to arrange next steps.

In these cases, you may choose to:

Have the order resent (additional shipping costs apply); or
Receive a refund for the product cost, excluding original shipping fees.

We may make exceptions at our discretion where appropriate.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order appears delayed, we recommend checking tracking information first.

Parcels are considered lost after:

14 business days from dispatch (UK orders)
21 business days from dispatch (international orders)

Once a parcel is confirmed lost after investigation with the courier, we will offer:

A replacement; or
A refund
