The jade egg teaches your pussy dexterity as well as receptivity. Bringing attention, awareness and more blood flow to the muscles of your pelvic floor and vagina which in turn oxygenates and nourishes the tissues and nerves. The more you practice, the more responsive your erectile tissues and arousal become. The course teaches you to isolate different muscle groups in your pussy. Not only does this give you a greater understanding and awareness of your own anatomy, places where there might be deeper sensation or where you might need to work through numbness, it also gives your pussy a whole new repertoire of sex moves.

This is a full spectrum course, meaning that it will teach you everything you need to know to start and develop your jade egg practice. Each lesson expands on the last, but as you develop more sensitivity you will understand where your body needs most attention. 

My intention is to teach you the foundations of my practice and thereby empower you to be able to listen to your pussy and adapt the practices according to what your body is asking for in the moment. 

Your Instructor

Isa Rakel discovered the jade egg at fifteen and has had an on-again, off-again relationship with the practice ever since. What first caught her curiosity wasn’t the spiritual or wellness sides of the practice, it was overhearing a conversation in which a woman described giving her partner a handjob with her pussy. This was the first time she was exposed to the idea that this level of embodied sexual skill was possible. It was a hint that the pussy could be conscious, expressive, and dexterous in ways most people are never taught.
 

Through years of on-and-off practice, it's become clear that the jade egg is about far more than physical skill. For Isa, it's been a gateway to deeper self-knowledge: clearer boundaries, a stronger sense of arousal, more intense orgasms, and a profound reconnection with her body. It opened a pathway to creativity, playfulness in sex, and a renewed sense of safety and trust within herself. 

Isa is a somatic practitioner specialising in psycho-sexuality. She brings a grounded, nuanced perspective shaped by her past as a dominatrix. Her approach weaves together embodiment, pleasure, power and consent, with a deep respect for personal agency. She believes that every person has the right to be connected to their pleasure and feel fully, richly alive in their sexuality.

FAQs

How long is the daily practice? Daily practice ranges between 15-22 minutes. I also recommend doing a breast massage (8 mins) or self pleasuring to prepare your body.

Do I need any prior experience? No you do not need any prior experience. The course is designed for those who are beginners to those who are more advanced.

Can I practice when I'm pregnant? It is not advised to practice when pregnant. If you have an established jade egg practice, some people did continue into the first stages of pregnancy but I do not recommend it

I have an IUD, can I still practice? Many people, myself included, practice with an IUD. The IUD is designed to withstand sex, tampons, and dildo use. That said, it's important to move at a pace that feels comfortable to your body and remain aware that you do not want your jade egg strings to get caught in the wires of your IUD. If you are nervous, I recommend skipping to the internal part of the practice (about 1/3 of the way through each video) as you will do this with your strings in hand. I then encourage you to return to the full practice once you are confident you can use your jade egg without the string.

Can I practice if I have a hypertonic (overly tight) pelvic floor? I do not recommend practicing if you hold tension or have overly tight pelvic or pussy muscles. Strengthening an already tight muscle just adds tension. If your pelvic floor is already tight, gripping, or difficult to relax, but you want to use the jade egg because you experience numbness, I would only do the restorative practice. In my opinion, you are better off doing a dearmouring or massage practice, which will have the same re-sensitising benefits of a jade egg practice, but without strengthening your pussy.
